All of our team members at make at a minimum of $80k to $300k+ after their first year of experience. If you already have experience, you will get there that much quicker!
We believe in giving our team members autonomy while providing a framework to be successful. You have the opportunity to work from your home office or ours. Either way, your week will include 2 hours of valuable coaching, training, and team meetings. There are also virtual or in-person team check-in meetings to assist you with accountability and coaching. On average, our team members work a total of 40 to 50 hours per week.
